The registration process for conf.kde.in offers a variety of options. Participating at the event involves an online registration and online/offline payment of registration fees. You can directly proceed with the registration process by clicking on the link that follows. But we strongly recommend that you go through the guidelines given below.

Online Registration

To register for the event, all you need to do is to fill in a simple registration form. Registration for the event closes on 25th Feb 2011. No online registration will be accepted after this date. Although, you can register directly at the event venue (late charges apply).

Online Payment

You can choose to pay online directly through a variety of payment options (credit/debit cards, internet banking etc.). Please note that the payment fee is non-refundable. The payment structure is as follows:

  • Students – Rs. 500
  • Teachers/professors – Rs. 700
  • Normal registration – Rs. 900

In order to avail the special discount for students and teachers, you will need to provide either of following discount codes on the registration page:

  • Student discount: KDEIN_DIS_STU
  • Teacher discount: KDEIN_DIS_TCR

Important: For discounted registrations, please carry your student/teacher ID with yourself and produce the same at the conference venue in order to complete your registration process. In case you fail to produce a valid identity proof for the above mentioned criteria, you’ll have to pay the price difference (between the discounted amount and normal registration charge) in order to gain admission to the conference venue.

Once you have completed the online registration process, you will receive a confirmation ticket. Please carry a print-out of the ticket with yourself at the conference venue and produce the same at the reception desk when asked for.

Offline payment

You can also pay the registration fee in cash at the conference reception. Please note that you need to carry your registration confirmation receipt/ticket and produce it at the reception counter at the conf.kde.in venue to complete the registration process. No extra charges are applicable on offline payments.

Note: Offline payment is not the same thing as offline registration. Offline payment would mean that you have completed the online registration process on or before 25th Feb but have not payed the fee. On the other hand, offline registration means that the delegate wasn’t able to register before the closing date (explained in detail below).

Bulk registrations

We are offering Rs. 50 discount on each ticket for bulk booking of 10 or more tickets. This discount also applies on the delegates who are availing student/teacher discounts.

Offline/Direct registration

Offline or direct registration applies for all delegates who have failed to register on or before 25th Feb 2011. Offline registration can be done directly at the conf.kde.in venue by paying the registration fee in cash (late fees apply). The fee structure for offline/direct registration is as follows:

  • Students – Rs. 700
  • Teachers/professors – Rs. 900
  • Normal registration – Rs. 1200

Bulk offline registration

Bulk registration of 10 or more delegates at the conference venue will allow you to avail a discount of Rs. 50 on each ticket. This discount will be given on the offline/direct registration charges quoted above.
