GCF - Generic Component Framework

Generic Component Framework (GCF), a C++ library based on Qt, offers a
well-designed component framework that you can leverage to build large
and modular applications using Qt. With GCF, applications enjoy
enhanced maintainability, testability and extensibility.

Version 3 of GCF introduces a brand new component model for writing
console, GUI and QML apps, support for Qt 4.8 and Qt 5, an improved
IPC layer, support for access to Google Drive, an automated UI testing
tool called Investigator and a brand new service-hosting platform
called Fiber.

In this talk, we will show you how you can leverage GCF to create
real-time collaborative applications. The talk will make use of live
code demonstrations to show the development of a shared-billboard
application that several users can simultaneously use from different
platforms (OS and device) to add and fetch items from.
